I tried this out today, but wasn’t able to get anywhere. Any time I tried to engage the NPCs in convo it would just give me the Dialogue bubble and have me waiting… FOR A LONG TIME! Not sure what happened, but the concept seems interesting.
Yeah i'ts my bad actually. The servers didn't handle all the requests the DEMO had today. I'm updating them and you should be able to give it another try in a few hours
Hi. Midway through playing and found a couple errors. If you interact with the body from the sides, it disappears. More troublesome is that when I try to interact with the maid in the (dining room?) the business man responds instead. (It's evening. Not sure if that is required to trigger the error.)
That's great. I noticed the same responding error another time two suspects were in the same room, though maybe the patch has covered any incident when two characters are in the same room.
Little suspicious of Wife, considering what I found in the kitchen, but I think there is a lot I have yet to find. I guess my favorite suspect is the gardener, who seems quite literally down to earth, but who knows what secrets he may have...
Thank for reporting the bug. It appears that it depends on the your type of keyboard you're using. But iam uploading a new file soon with some bug fixes, that onde included.
I got a bit confused about how to interact at first, I thought "Enter your message" was a bug, and then I worked out you can chat with the characters. Cool concept and interesting way to use AI

it is playable already but next week I’ll update the game with a few new features and clues

I've just uploaded a patch to solve both bugs you reported.
But most importantly, who's your favourite suspect?

yeah the bug affected all NPCs that were together in the same space but it’s fixed now.thanks for noticing it.
but I won’t meddle with your investigation ahah. Nonetheless the demo only has a portion of the clues and puzzles
pressing "p" closes the dialogue
